Devdoot Foundation is a compassionate initiative dedicated to restoring dignity, opportunity, and hope to the lives of ragpickers and their families. We work at the grassroots level to uplift marginalized communities by providing access to education, healthcare, safe working conditions, and meaningful employment.

Inspired by the meaning of “Devdoot” – God’s angel – we believe every human being deserves respect, support, and the chance to thrive. Our organization acts as a bridge between compassion and action, aiming to create a future where no one is left behind because of their circumstances.

Our team

Our founder, Sanjay Kapre, a educationist, a past Rotarian from Rotary Club Of Thane North End, brings vision and leadership inspired by years of social service and advocacy.

A. Ravindran - a former Head of Market Research Operations, Ravindran has mastered the art of designing, and executing market research projects tailored to meet diverse client needs.

Mr. Sanjay Kharat, is social worker & enter pruner work hard with rag picker and help them to earn good price for their collection material

Mrs. Sanjana Kapre, is a Psychologist, president of inner wheel club Of Thane Aces work for uplifting rag pickers guides them to keep their mental health

Alongside we have a dedicated group of change-makers works daily in slums, landfills, and urban corners, transforming lives through empathy, action, and love.
